'Clean room friendly staff'

'The room was ok. The beds were very, very firm so it was difficult to get comfortable. I didn't sleep very well all 3 nights. There was no microwave, which would have been nice. We only ate breakfast one morning and my husband found a hair in his eggs so he tossed the whole plate. Not sure we'll stay here again.'

'We enjoyed the complementary 3 cocktails and food after checking in. They had a very good pasta with grilled chicken plus green salad, steamed vegetables, and soft drinks. The lady working their bar was so nice to all her clients as was the staff refilling food stations and cleaning the table. 'Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The room was fantastic—spotlessly clean with a huge, spacious bathroom. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. It’s also in a prime location surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. Highly recommend!'

'Room and bathroom were clean. The first day there was zero hot water so I took a very cold shower. And they really need to designate a smoking section that is not the front door! There were absolutely 20 employees and guests out there smoking when I arrived and it smelled awful walking through that. The breakfast was actually fantastic. Plenty of variety and pretty tasty.
