'The check-in process was easy and there was no pesky deposit required. We even got a free upgrade! Ashley at the front desk was very helpful, as well as Amy who handled the breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff and the room was spacious and clean. Things were unplugged so we initially thought fixtures were broken. The bathroom area was much nicer than other places we have stayed. There was clear presence of maintenance on hand who were diligently working on projects.'
