It was my first time in Cincinnati, and I received a free upgrade, a friendly welcome, a delicious breakfast, and complimentary water. The hotel is beautiful. The entrance downstairs highlights the old ornate architecture, and it was a total surprise to be met in the lobby by a man playing piano. I loved the location! Right downtown near so many great restaurants!'
