'New hotel, very clean. Breakfast is from 6am instead of 7am mentioned on Expedia website. Anyway at 6am staff was not ready with the food and many items in the breakfast arrived 6:15 the time I had to leave to catch my flight. Breakfast looks fine after.
Only bottled drinks after 10:30 pm at the reception desk. Bar should be open till midnight and breakfast already from 5:30 = Late arrivals and early departures at airport.'

'Zeer mooi hotel met supervriendelijk personeel. Restaurant is goed, kamers net en ruim. Spa is echt een aanrader, je wordt er heerlijk verwend. Wij hebben de 2 u durende strawberry behandeling gedaan en dat was super.'

'One big nightmare. The noise you hear when the keycard is inserted is terrible. Every 2 min a loud zoom is heard. Dont think thats it...the minibar fridge is second in line to comfort you. Apparently to other reviews i ahould have known. So unplugged the minibar. Next morning complained and insisted on a solution. They said fixed. They simply switcjed off ac. So went back again. Thats not fixing...answer..year its either or and hotel is full. After insisting a different room and taking the sighs...

'Great hotel, only downside is that the gym was closed at the time of the stay. Especially when the room rate described was “including morning gym”. Other than that it was a very nice and pleasant stay 🙂'

'I paid Euro 432 for a basic room for 3 nights.
Only net curtains for the room windows, so no curtains. TV screen, the size of a PC monitor, stuck high on a wall. No shower head, slide bar or hook, shower with a short hose while sitting in the bath with the shower head in your hand. No room for a toiletry bag.
Sauna use 80 euros 1 hour!!!
Laundry service, impossible due to much too long lead time. I live in hotels, but I would quit my job if this were the standard.'

'10/10 PLUS!!! Amazing experience! Every international airport should have a Kepler! We had the family room for our 7:30 am flight. Room was huge. Beds heavenly! Great shower and even heated toilet seat. Fresh carafe of water and coffee service. Yogurt, croissant sandwiches and granola bars available at 5am. Service was stellar. Jane was so friendly checking us in and greeting us again in the early morning. Highly impressed!'

Retour , ook bus 22, naar vliegveld ook 'voor de deur' dus Nog nooit zo makkelijk meegemaakt. Goed ontbijt. "

"The Pullman is perfectly located in the Old Town area of Riga. Close to a vast amount of buildings with (art Deco) grandeur. The 5 nights stay in a bigger than average size room was very comfortable. Great bed, sanitary facilities fine free supplies of mineral water, coffee and tea accompanied with a well loaded minibar.
Due to reconstruction work the gym and pool facilities were unavailable during the stay so it extended the time at breakfest. ;-)
A very complete breakfest; vegan, veggie, meat, fish, smoothies, breads, egg variaties, English and continental, lactose-free, gluten-free - you name it, the Pullman serves it. Impressive!

"I stayed at this hotel and despite my late arrival (after midnight), it was a very fast check-in. The hotel has a good location, just a few bus stops from the city centre and ideally situated for line 22 to the airport. However, I found that the access doors were quite noisy, which made it difficult to sleep at times. The room is decent, with a comfortable bed and a shower room equipped with the necessities. Breakfast is fairly basic, but sufficient if you're not too fussy. The hotel also offers the possibility of dining on site in the evening, which is practical."
"Very nice hotel. HOWEVER perhaps due to short staffing there seemed to be trouble serving breakfast. On each of the 3 mornings I was there there was a problem with the coffee machine and on the Sunday morning the waitresses struggled with the orders and one of them was not very professional or polite I’m afraid. The rest of the service and stay was great so it’s a shame for this to be an exception. "
