Front desk staff were extremely helpful from booking tours to shuttle to airport to delivering towels after hours. Breakfast was delicious with a huge buffet style set up, included in our package.

The room looked nice and clean. We were on the ground floor, one night it was quite noisy because some one thought it would be fun to walk on high heels.

Starting with the positive things: they have an amazing brasserie (known for Divan), great bar (worth the 5 stars) However, reception seems to be overwhelmed: got early check in after overnight flight (great!), but card was not working, but even worse when sleeping early at 10 pm at evening new guests entered the room, because their computer system thought I checked out. Also they didnt seem to be surprised, so seems to often...
