"Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in dit hotel.de mooie en goed uitgeruste kamer verraste ons. Wat een prachtig uitzicht en wat een fijn bed. Van het hotel een fles bubbels gekregen. Heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant en gebruik gemaakt van een aanbieding. Uitstekende kwaliteit, heerlijk. De ligging van het hotel is ook prima en makkelijk met het openbaar vervoer naar het centrum. Parkeren in garage, erg makkelijk. Personeel uitstekend."

"I was expecting something different when I booked a hotel with 4,5 stars. It's that definitely not worth that many. The lobby and restaurant are stunning, but the rooms are definitely out-dated and not worth 4,5 stars. The furniture is extremely old and some have locks, which is weird since I'd like to use the furniture in my room? The bathroom was also very old and out-dated. Our conditioner was empty after 1 shower (we were 3 people, 1 person used the conditioner). We were so kind and practical to write 'Empty' on a piece of paper and stuck it in the holder of the conditioner so housekeeping would notice. They ignored or didn't see it TWICE. I mean can we make it any easier for you? Do have to mention that I loved the staff at the reception, they really saved our stay with their kindness and helpfulness. We went down to ask for more conditioner (and by that point also body wash) and they had housekeeping bring us replacements for all the products (5 different in total). But housekeeping did not replace them during our stay, they just left the new ones in the bathroom where we had put them and left the old ones, empty ones, in their holders. Otherwise we did always get towels and the beds were made properly. Overall an okay experience, if you're used to a 4,5 star hotel being luxurious though, I'd recommend you go somewhere else since this is more of a 3 star hotel in my opinion as a frequent traveller. "

"The stay we had at the Song Hotel was nice! The room was clean and had all the facilities needed. Only breakfast is not as good as we hoped. We stayed for 4 nights and every day breakfast was the same. You had little options and the process in the breakfast hall was not efficient enough for the amount of people they were expecting (lines for coffeemachine, empty baskets of food, etc.). Despite that, we enjoyed our stay."
