'Married in Hawaii July 8, 2005.. 20 years later we went back! Such an amazing trip! We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, 2 restaurants, the live entertainment, close to beach, shopping and so much more! We went for 5 nights and we could have definitely stayed longer.. now we will plan another trip for next year and bring our 3 boys. I want them to experience Hawaii like we did! I’m definitely counting down! '

'Het was een prima complex. We hadden 2 verschillende kamers omdat we tussendoor een nachtje in Hana waren. De 2e kamer vonden we minder, het was een upgrade volgens de vrouw bij de receptie maar zo voelde het niet. In de aparte slaapkamer stond de airo naast je hoofd, niet te doen.
Verder genoten van ons verblijf en van Maui. Erg om nu de nieuwsberichten te lezen over alle branden.

'Accomodatie is prima. Het is schoon en netjes en doordat het aan het einde van waikiki ligt is het ook wat rustiger.
Wij hadden de club lounge geboekt en dat viel helaas toch een beetje tegen. Het ontbijt is ok, ‘s middags zijn er wat snacks te verkrijgen, alleen het avondeten is eentonig. Er is weinig keus, voor 2-3 dagen prima maar verblijf je langer dan is weinig variatie qua eten. '

'We stayed at the twin fin during our visit to honolulu. Location is briliant. Very close to the beach. Pool is ok. A bit small but perfect for cooling down. Also enough beds available. The beqch rental they provide ( for which you pay resort fee) is also very convenient. If you have the choise take ocean view room. We had city view on the 5th floor which meant no view no seats on the balcony. '

"In general the property was quite nice. Rooms are spacious if somewhat run down (they were doing some renovations though so that might be solved soon). It is in a nice location by the ocean and the bar/restaurant was very enjoyable with good staff. The pool is somewhat small but acceptable, the private lagoon somewhat makes up for this though (it is also a great place to try out your snorkel before going into the ocean).
The hotel is within walking distance of the town which is useful for finding food, drinks and other small shopping.
Main issue we had was that the big trucks driving past can be quite loud if you are on that side of the hotel. The AC was also very loud and right above the bed, it also turned on and off every few minutes throughout the night so if you are sensitive to sound this might be nice to know.
In general I would recommend this hotel if you can get a good deal on the price. It is quite nice for a 3* hotel.
