Let wel: volgens hotels.com is de kredietkaart enkel nodig om het verblijf te bevestigen, en betaal je pas ter plaatse op de manier die je zelf wenst, maar in de praktijk haalt het hotel onmiddellijk na boeking het volledige bedrag van je kaart. Volgens hen ook volkomen normaal, ze hadden geen boodschap aan wat er op...

'Geweldig hotel voor vlakbij het vliegveld. Lekker zwembad, heel fijn en behulpzaam personeel. Ligt alleen een beetje op zichzelf. Dus eten buiten de deur vereist een taxi. Het eten in het hotel is erg goed. Ook het ontbijt, maar kom dan vroeg. Als je laat komt dan zijn sommige items wat droog. '

'Het is een heel fijn hotel voor praktisch gebruik. Top service van het personeel. Muziek in de algemene ruimte mag ietsje minder aanwezig. Vooral ook als er bij het zwembad muziek is. Prachtig zwembad. '

'I have stayed here 3 times now and their service is always excellent. They are super helpful. At midnight, I don't like taking taxis to the center of Quito so we always spend the 1st night there. The hostal has a unique cute style. It is conveniently located by the airport. The rooms always clean. We will continue staying there, and referring people. Oh, and they always bring breakfast to your room (always delicious and fulfilling) at no extra charge.'

'Front desk staff very friendly even arriving arriving after midnight, show me where to park and then walked with me to my room. The room is very spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable and then the next morning they will hand deliver you breakfast. It has been one of my best experiences in Ecuador and not a big hotel chain. AAA+ '

'Super hotel, nieuw dus heel erg modern. Eten was ook erg goed. We komen hier zeker terug. Is 5 min verder van het vliegveld dan het andere goede hotel dat bij het vliegveld zit, maar is de moeite waard om 5 min extra te rijden. Dit hotel is echt beter.'
