'Mooi hotel met aparte inrichting. Goede ligging.

The Flat Iron HotelCentrum van Asheville
9.8 van 10, Uitzonderlijk, (601 beoordelingen)
'The hotel does have a nice restaurant; however, they cater more to local customers versus hotel guests. We were told in a condescending tone that they had to honor reservations first. No guest priority. We were offered a table after 9:00 pm which was two hours later. So no dinner for us at the Flat Iron. But all the locals sure were happy.'

9.4 van 10, Uitzonderlijk, (256 beoordelingen)
'At nearly $500 per night and given their Michelin recognition, the experience fell far below expected standards.
Key concerns include:
- Booking & Check-In: Inability to link our frequent stay number and no notification when our room was ready.
- Safety: Loose stone steps and uneven risers lacking handrails from the parking lot, exposed nails on wood planks, and flower pots obstructing the second-floor stair railings.
- Room Condition: Despite a 15% discount for two broken lamps, the...

'Schitterend huis uit 1895. Meer B&B dan een ‘Inn’. Loopafstand van downtown en 3 supermarkten. Rustige straat, vriendelijke leiding en prima ontbijt. Wij hadden gehele bovenste verdieping met eigen 2 zitgedeelten. '

'sadly we did not enjoy our stay and we are old house lovers - the location was great being close to town and the WIFI was excellent but the room was not what we would have expected for the price - small with tub in the middle, toilet so close to the wall it was difficult to sit on, shower that went from frigid to burning hot off & on, no soap, 1/2 bottle of shampoo, the room was too hot and stuffy even with both windows open, bed was called queen but felt more like a double, bedding had cigaret'
