'The lobby looks good, but don't let it fool you. Our room looked old and worn out and was very cold. It din't warm up even after turning on the heating ( it was 93 degrees outside) The sheets were damp and the smell of mold kept me up all night. When we checked out a day early, the receptionist didn't ask why the only thing she asked was, if I was aware of the early check-out penalty! I was very dissapointed with this hotel, had high hopes for it when I booked it.'

'Loved this hotel- always enjoy Palm Beach and decided to stay over a night on the way south. Enjoyed the restaurant, cafe, pool, and proximity to the beach. I would have preferred a patio room and a gym onsite as opposed to next door, but still a 5 out of 5. Staff is attentive, energetic and knowledgeable. '

'The resort itself is very nice! There are many activities to indulge in, the staff are all extremely pleasant and helpful, and it is very clean. The only negative is that there is very little in terms of stores or restaurants nearby within walking distance. So, we were essentially limited to eating from the same resort restaurant for all meals every day we were there. '
