'Spacious updated guesthouse, nicely furnished and comfortable beds. Also has a nice private patio to sit and enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. It was close enough to the tennis center we decided to walk and enjoy the neighborhoods and downtown community. Would definitely stay here again..'

'This property was just as the photos show. The owner was super responsive to any questions I had. I don't think the listing mentions it, but it has an alarm you can activate. Though it is in a safe location, I am used to using one at home, so I felt more at ease using it while I was away. I really enjoyed this property from sitting on the porch reading and relaxing, to cooking dinner on the grill, to walking and biking to the causeway. It was close to everything. I would highly recommend this...

'We loved that Maria kept in contact with us the entire time. She made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The Maria of Spain property was quite, quaint, lush and serene. Maria had to leave the County to take care of a family member. Even with this emergency, she kept us on her mind, checking in frequently. We truly enjoyed our two night stay. 'Another 21 day work stay. After 9-10 hour days, I enjoyed relatively quiet nights, I was able to park almost every night in front of the property. Convienience to grocery store and several fast food restaurants close by. Due to no parking in the driveway, humping my personal crates, cooler, etc, was a pain but not unbearable. Host was very responsive to an electronic issue which was resolved next day promply by a professional hired by the host. Overall, I would stay again.'

'The home was as advertised. The host was easy to get a hold of and great to communicate with! The one issue was that the pool needs some attention. The pool wasn’t working well, had some items that needed to be repaired. Would definitely recommend.'

'The homemade breakfast was delicious each morning. There were other selections too such as yogurt, bagels, toast and fruit. The coffee was excellent as well. 'Mildew smell, bugs/spiders on bed and in kitchen drawers, would not use refrigerator to store food as it was filthy, blinds were filthy, very dated/worn furniture. The bicycles listed in the pictures and under the amenities are not present. I contacted the owner, which had zero concerns. Also, the property is For Sale. When we arrived were we asked if we could leave the property for the showing the next day at 4:00 PM. The property attendant was lovely and very kind, which was appreciated....

"Kamers zijn prima, maar jammer dat er geen housekeeping plaats vind. De airco op kamer maakt veel lawaai. Wel kun je vragen om handdoeken, deze worden dan gebracht. De lobby, liften en het hotel verder beneden, zag er vervuild uit. Het ontbijt was karig, maar functioneel. Personeel was aardig en behulpzaam. Het avond eten is geen aanrader. Bij aankomst werden we verrast dat we moesten betalen voor het parkeren, 25 dollar per nacht. Het hotel ligt aan het strand, maar in de omgeving is niets te beleven. "
