'To quality service from every staff member. Great views. Upgrade to the gold rooms for a wonderful view and access to the lounge. Lounge breakfast and dinner and dessert is WORTH THE $.'

'Bed was super comfy. The room was spacious and mostly clean. I had room service and it was quick, delicious and about the same price as UberEats. Parking is TOO expensive for guests. Conveniently located off the highway and close to Ohare.'

'Great place, can only but recommend! May seem pricy but totally worth it and the location is great! The staff is kind and very helpful!'

'If you are lucky you will deal with Adrian, This woman is so helpful she is like a warm hug on a cold day! She came around the counter to help us out with the self check in, informed us about less expensive parking nearby and where to eat. Every organization needs someone like Adrian. She is one of those people who go above and beyond and it's not because she has to it's because that's the way she is.'

'Mooi centraal hotel, maar toch rustig en geen last van straatlawaai. Je kunt je koffers stallen voor 5 dollar.'

'They did not clean the room after the first night. In room dining was very bad. They served in a plastic bag. No Hilton standard at all.'

'Great room with a beautiful view over the river. Bed’s were very comfortable. The rooftop bar is by far the best in chicago with an amazing view. A must stop. Location is perfect to walk everywhere in the downtown area. Will definitely come back, my new fav stay in the city'
