'Great hotel '

'All of the staff were amazing! We arrived early anticipatipating to just park and return later for check in… But our room was ready! Everything was perfect and an awesome location for all shopping and dining! I do think parking should be free as a hotel guest but it was $26 per vehicle - I met my son for Mothers Day weekend so had to $52 extra for us to park. '

'We loved our stay at the Crossroads. The rooms were beautiful. Nice fixtures and comfy bed. Best shower ever - seriously, the water pressure was amazing. The lobby was lovely and the service from everyone was generous and friendly. Loved the location. Easy to walk to places to eat and the streetcar/ I would definitely stay here again. '

'This hotel had a very cool museum throughout the first two floors. It was extremely clean and the staff were all very courteous! I walked around by myself in the area for a few miles and it was safe. The theatre and convention center are an easy walk for broadway shows. 'Stayed in a large corner room, on the 17th floor. Fabulous views. The hotel complex is lovely. Quiet room. '
