'This was our second time staying at the Four Seasons in Australia. We had an awesome view of the harbor. We included breakfast with our stay and the buffet was awesome and the staff were nice and friendly! The location is perfect, close to the ferries and the harbor. The beds are comfortable! '

'While the staff were lovely and the room was nice we waited 3 hours for a second bathrobe and had to call 4 times. There was also an opened bottle of sparkling water in the mini bar. The carpet in the hallway was dirty and needed a vacuum. For a hotel that costs a lot to stay in, those details are a bit of a letdown. '

Het personeel is attent en vraagt uit eigen beweging of je nog extra service nodig hebt. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en ook hier is de bediening attent en ondersteunend. 'Great hotel overall. Comfy, clean bed and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Drink on arrival was a nice touch. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent location for exploring Sydney. 2 min walk to circular quay railway station and ferry service, shops and restaurants / cafes. The only complaint was that the bathroom was quite small & dated and the grout in the shower looked grotty. Also we were given a room with a view of a crane outside the window which flashed a light constantly. However...
