'the service was perfect and the workers like : fernando executive lounge manager , angel the servant and the whole team on the 13th floor, german the lobby guy made our stay more pleasant.we recommend this hotel for the best stay in quitto especialy if you are on business trip. they provide you all the services you need to make your business succeed.

'Mooi middelgroot hotel in een aangename buurt. Park, winkelcentra, restaurants en bars allemaal in de directe omgeving. Ondanks dat t hotel in t centrum ligt heb je nooit gevoel dat je je in de drukte begeeft. Zeer prettig personeel. Fijn zwembad met gym en jacuzzi op de 6e etage. Aanrader. '

'Everything about this hotel is to be recommended. The staff is exceptional in all respects. The restaurant is superb. The location is in the heart of the old, historic park of the city, so walking around is fun and safe. If we were to return, we would hope to stay here again '

'The rooms were huge! The staff was super nice and helpful and when we had problem with our room, we were offered a new one without asking.
The sauna and steam room are pretty neat, but it would be great if there would be some kind of warm relaxing room within the sauna area.
The breakfast was pretty good too! Even though I would love more cheese variation. All in all great hotel would definitely book it again! '

'Staff was amazing and very accommodating, the grounds and views were breathtaking, authentic touches throughout (including a wood stove!), and the llamas were adorable. No complaints, highly recommend. Wonderful way to celebrate my birthday week.'
