'Host was great with command assistance with anything we needed or asked, would recommend to anyone'

'Disappointing Stay Unfortunately, the apartment wasn't quite what we expected based on the photos advertised on Expedia, which we felt were misleading. The apartment was darker, smaller and more dated than it appeared online. The road noise from the front bedroom was quite significant, with sirens and garbage trucks throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The air conditioner barely worked and was very loud, and the dishwasher was not working during our stay. The fold-out...

'Worth every penny! This place is amazing and especially in the city. It’s a quiet refuge after the hustle of the city all day. Very spacious- kids downstairs and parents and grandparents upstairs. It was well-stocked with the essentials like toilet paper and dish soap plus, unexpected items like coffee, water bottles, laundry detergent, and shampoo! There is a washer/dryer combo machine that’s wonderful. Put your clothes in to wash before bed and voila they are washed and dried when you wake up....

'The apartment was cute and clean. The only cleanliness issue I could identify was the kitchen was extremely dusty. My major issues revolve around the comfort level of the apartment. When I arrived, there was a strong odor that nearly knocked me over when I walked through the door. I assumed it was coming from the neighbors and was related to cooking so it would probably dissipate. It did not it became worse throughout the evening. There is no obvious thermostat in the apartment, so the heat was...

'Lovely apartment, exceptionally well equipped, super clean. Fast, friendly communication and very smooth check-in service. Close to several public transport lines so transit to midtown very convenient.'

'For a family with teenagers who love to go-go-go, this was a great location. Walking distance to Central Park (10 min walk) and Times Square (30min walk). If you dont like walking, there is MTA 3 blocks away. Quick train rides to get to the Staten Island Ferry, 9/11 museum, MET, times square....anywhere. It also had plenty of room with three showers and 5 bedrooms. The pictures are true, the price is very reasonable for the location and size. Highly recommend.'

'This place was great! Very clean and modern furniture and interior. It was nearby a subway stop (~8 min walk) that takes you into Manhattan. There was an AC that worked well and fans for the room. The curtains were blackout which was nice. There was also some coffee for the morning. The only comments I have are: 1. The shower head was a little too high for me. It’s a removable shower head but I struggled a little to take it down because it was so high 😂 2. During the last two nights it was...

'Very pleased overall. It would have been nice to have a toaster and some washcloths.'

'Upon arrival, everything was so smooth! We easily found and got in the place with the instructions. Jon was an amazing host and communicated well. I would 100% recommend this place for a nice getaway with your loved one. We loved this whole experience!'

'The location great. Very convenient to upper west side. That was the positive. The negatives- kitchen was not very clean. We ended up using plastic utensils as several forks and knives were dirty.- coffee maker didn’t work- debris on ground of kitchen- the apartment is dark! The pictures are not totally reflective- no AC in the main bedroom. Window AC in the main room- only 1 key!! Not sure how you can sleep 8 people and only have 1 key. That required a lot of juggling- host was somewhat...

'The place was very clean but felt quite bizarre starting with the door of the apartment which had many coats of black and white paint and papers ripped and sticking here and there. It really looked quite scary. What made the apartment feel bizarre was there was no real living room. It did NOT have a couch or table as in the photo on line. The previous living room and dining room had been turned into a bedroom which had two large (double or queen) beds and the bunk bed (as pictured) with a...

'The room was clean and in a great location. The apartment is only accessible via staircase. The hosts are responsive and helpful. Thanks!'

'Great space, comfortable beds and very easy to communicate with!'

'The address in the app differs from the real one by 2 blocks, which was important for me.'
