'First and foremost, host is as kind as they come, so it makes it hard to write this review. The « building » is an old garage, which could be cool BUT, it is pretty old ( not in a quaint way) and very dirty. Spiderweb everywhere, dust, stuff (hoarder style). The bathroom, if we can call it that, is upstairs. A dirty piece of carpet welcomes you upstairs. The shower is a plastic box and the toilet next to it is extremely low and small. Everything is dusty and gross. Sheets had holes in them and...

'This place was absolutely immaculate & I can't wait to visit again. Pristine condition w/ lots of room & a super quiet neighborhood. So close to BART, the ferry & walkable to great coffee. The gated parking is such a wonderful feature.'
