Wanneer we vragen of we van kamer mogen wisselen is men hiertoe niet bereidt (scheelt $25 p/n). Verder lijkt het hotel eerder een B&B met z'n alleen aan de ontbijttafel... Locatie ten aanzien van et vliegveld is wel perfect'

'Just a short walk from the first floor of the airport. Plenty of restaurants in the mall area before check in. We didn’t have breakfast as we had an early flight to Galapagos. Check in and check out a breeze. Beds comfy. Room very comfortable.'

'Property is about 25 minutes by cab from the airport. You can get a cab from the stand in front of the airport - flat fee - ask before you get in the cab. It's in a nice part of Quito with restaurants and services nearby. Breakfast included was good. Even though it was Saturday night, it was quiet and comfortable.'

'Fantastic stay at La Basilica Quito. Great location with good security, very friendly owners and staff. English spoken. Very clean and nice rooms, comfortable beds and bathroom with all amenities. Some of the rooms are located in-house, which makes them a bit stuffy due to lack of ventilation, but this is minor. Right in the hart of Old Quito at 5 minutes walk from historic square with cathedral, museums, presidential palace, and also the National Basilica. '
