'The location is quiet and conveniently near many food options and a grocery store. The place has comfortable furniture and everything was clean. Washer and dryer and all the amenities you need for a short stay. I would definitely book this place again. Less expensive than a hotel with more amenities and privacy'

' 10/10 StayFantastic location — close to great restaurants, banks, EV chargers, Walmart, downtown Phoenix, casinos, and murals. Everything we wanted to do was nearby.The place was clean and well set up. The queen air mattress was very easy to use—just turn it on and it inflates and shuts off automatically. With the chill gel cover and sheet on top, it was surprisingly nice. Easy stay overall and we’d definitely book again.'

'We enjoyed our stay. We loved the brightness of the house and the size of the house. I was with my 3 grown sons and their significant others. There was a ping pong table and I forgot how competitive my grown sons were. It was fun to watch them play. Thank you for all the clean towels and the atmosphere. The neighborhood was quiet and we like that. We had a wonderful stay. '
