'We had a wonderful stay here, it's just one station from the busy Shinjuku station, which made it a wonderful place to travel from every day but at the same time it was very quit. 'This property is great, located just far enough from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku in a relatively quiet area that it actually feels pleasant to come back to after the mayhem that is Shinjuku and Shibuya. Nishi Shinjuku station is a 5 minute walk.
Rooms are somewhat on the smaller side though, upgrade if you can to the next tier of room.
Breakfast is decent, staff is super friendly and nice, very accommodating! Overall, can recommend this hotel.'

"Hele slechte bed die inzakt. Kamer was niet echt schoon. Zie bv vieze plekken op tv en muren. Er waren geen thee-, en koffiezakjes aanwezig, terwijl bij andere APA hotel wel aanwezig waren. Te weinig hanghaakjes in slaap en badkamer. In de nacht is het buiten zeer luidruchtig door ambulances etc. De liftdeuren functioneren helemaal niet goed. Ze sluiten gewoon dicht, terwijl je deels er tussen staat. We komen absoluut niet meer terug. Het is zeker geen 3 ster hotel. Echter, 1 pluspuntje: personeel was wel vriendelijk."
"Een mooie plek om te verblijven in Tokyo. Op loopafstand van het centrum van Shinjuku en toch lekker rustig. Binnen 20 minuten sta je in het centrum, en als je liever met de metro gaat dan ben je er ietsje sneller. Een top hotel en een mooie plek. Heerlijk. We hebben er 7 dagen gezeten en hebben er geen spijt van. Wel een beetje krap, maar ja dat is alles hier in Japan. Heerlijk trouwens dat je een eigen wasmachine met ingebouwde droger hebt. Beter kan eigenlijk niet. Perfect!"

"This hotel has great location! There is metro entrance next door and the big station very close by. there is European style breakfast place next door as well and restaurants. Room was small but ok. Ventilation in bathroom was minimal so it got easily steamy there and you are not allowed to keep door open as that can make the fire alarm to go off..."

Je moet met de lift. De roltrap werkt maar 1 kant uit en er is geen vrij toegankelijke trap. De kamers zijn klein en efficient ingericht, maar wel wat gedateerd en het tapijt is wat smoezelig."
