'Was not happy there was an additional $10 fee for admin when we got there. But later when I checked my bill that $10 was reflected there. So that made me feel better. The man who checked us in, not very welcoming. This room was NOT a $200 a night room. The bed was so close to the bathroom you couldn’t open the door. The soap smells AWFUL, there was NO smoke alarm, room was REALLY tiny. Beds were ok. Pillows flat & hard. Was good enough for a one night stay I guess.'

'I would report my recent stay, as it was overall a very disappointing experience. Check-in was extremely delayed to the point that I had to contact customer service for assistance. They were unable to reach a live person at the property and had to email the hotel directly. Once I finally got into the room, it appeared dirty to the point where I had to go out and purchase new sheets from Walmart myself. 'We were able to check in early after a long drive which was great. The view was nice off of the balcony and there was always hot water. Access to the pool/Beach was easy and great. As far as the room goes the floors were dirty we could not walk barefooted, the smell was like an ashtray inside of the room even though it says no smoking. The bed had indents on both sides so it wasn’t an even sleep. The parking was an additional fee. It was our first time at Myrtle beach, we had a great experience...

'The room and the view were both beautiful! Check-in was pretty slow but the front desk attendant was very nice and apologetic. We also didn't receive any towels our entire stay even though I did ask twice. It was a busy holiday weekend for them and I can understand mistakes happen sometimes. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to future guests.'

'Horrible customer service from front desk staff. Lobby under renovation so you have to check in at the restaurant across the street and enter the hotel from the back stairs or the parking garage which is dark. Kitchenette room was clean and decent but there is no housekeeping daily or when you call for towels they don’t bring any. I had to go to the lobby in the pouring rain just to get towels after I requested them hours earlier in the day.'

'I like the motel it was clean. The beach view is out of this world.. Kitchen was nice... Just the fact of it being a 7 floor motel where the elevator only went up to the 6th floor.'
