'Hotel was nice located for us. The room was spacious but the beds were horrible... the matrasses were very uncomfortable and felkt very cheap. We've read some commenst baout good beds...but not in our room.'

'The hotel is located conveniently across a 711, a busstop right in front of the door that takes you to Asakusa station and the Sensō-ji temple is a short walk away as well. 'Voor de derde keer Gracery Asakusa bezocht. Het is een fijn hotel, dichtbij Senso-ji. Tevens dicht bij twee metrolijnen, directe treinverbinding met Narita en Haneda airport. De kamer is goed ingericht, misschien een beetje klein, maar er is goed over nagedacht. De badkamer is ook redelijk ruim. Het hotel heeft een goede prijs kwaliteitsverhouding.'

'Het hotel ligt in Asakusa, ongeveer 5 minuten lopen naar het metrostation in een rustige buurt. Omdat het hotel net nieuw is, ziet als er netjes uit. De kamer is niet zo groot, zoals gebruikelijk in Tokyo, maar is goed en ergonomisch ingericht. Geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt, dus kan hier geen beoordeling over geven. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam en zeer servicegericht. Het is zeker een aanrader als je in dit gedeelte van Tokyo wil verblijven.'

'無人でチェックインはタブレットで行う形でした。簡単なので特に問題なくチェックインできます。 3番の部屋でしたがとても広く綺麗で、写真の通りお洒落でした。キッチン用品や洗面用品など大体の物は揃っていて、シャワー室も狭くなくすぐにお湯がでます。洗面所とトイレも綺麗でした。ベットも寝心地がよく、枕元にコンセントとライトがあるのが有難かったです。ソファーも大きくて家族4人で座れるくらいでした。 周りにはコンビニもドラッグストアもあり、バスも走っているので駅までも簡単に行けます。自分は歩きましたが駅まで20分くらいでした。 ただチェックアウトの方法が分かりずらかったです。チェックインと同じ番号を入口のタブレットに入力するのですが、チェックアウトの表示がどこにもありませんでした。チェックインのときと同様に入力しましたがそれで良かったようです。 レビューがなく心配でしたが、大当たりでした。また機会があれば泊まりたいと思います。'

'Great hotel in a convenient location. 2 minutes to the senso-ji and train station. Would definitely use this hotel and asakusa as a base next time. The staff were very helpful in holding our luggage before we checked in as we had and early flight so we could explore. They also sorted our luggage forwarding to our Osaka hotel for us.'

'I love how close it is to the shrine if you want to walk and see it at nighttime all lit up. The private bath is perfect after a long international flight. Very quiet and peaceful experience, staff are very attentive and friendly and non obtrusive. I thought it was especially sweet that they prepared slippers for me when I came down for breakfast. 'Everything was a bit small, which is to be expected from a Japanese hotel. The bed was nice and comfy slept like a baby every single night. Didn't have any view or much daylight from the window in my room since it was facing the sidewall of the building next to the hotel. So no pretty view of Tokyo Skytree as the pictures illustrate. 'We were a family of 4 with 2 teens and booked standard room but they gave us the premium japanese family room which was VERY spacious! Thank you. The rooms fits 6 generously and is fully equipped with toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer. Beds were comfortable! Super convenient location - steps to Tawaramachi exit on Ginza Line, 7/11, many restauranta, Don Quijote, Sensoji Temple. Asakusa is not as busy as Shinjuku and Shibuya but has all the shops and amenities. '
