'Wonderful house. Beautiful views. Excellent hosts. I traveled with family while I had business in town. Hosts thought of everything. Game systems for the teenagers. Pack n play for my baby. Accessible hosts by text/phone. Short drive to downtown Asheville, but plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. I would definitely return. Be mindful if you travel with anyone with mobility concerns...parts of the driveway are steep due to the mountainous landscape. Overall a wonderful property. '

'We have rented for many years. Homes, cabins, etc. This cottage was outstanding. We were perfectly happy with the stay. Very clean. Everything seemed to be new. Privacy fence around the entire backyard, which was great for us as well as the dog. Near enough to downtown but approx. 3/4 mile or more to walk. All level walking area, but the heat can take its toll. There is plenty of parking in town, so if walking is an issue I suggest the short drive. The owners of the cottage were available at all...

'Love this semi-private cottage! We had a great time utilizing the hot tub after long days of hiking. It’s so close to DuPont State Park for all the waterfalls. Very quiet hidden area that was absolutely peaceful. Quick drive into Brevard.'

'History buffs will especially appreciate this house. The owners have come up with a good compromise between historical accuracy and modern livability. The kitchen is adequately furnished, and the beds are very comfortable. Plenty of towels, and the bathroom and shower-tub are totally functional. Plenty of hot water, which can sometimes be an issue with older homes.There are multiple grocery stores a short driving distance from the place, and the downtown is very close. Easy access to the River...
