'The unit was clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities. We chose that area to be close to an event we attended but were pleasantly surprised by how walkable the neighborhood was. We felt very safe and street parking was not a problem. We would definitely stay there again.'

'The property was walking distance to Broadway. The condo is a decent size. It was handy to have 2 bathrooms attached to the 2 bedrooms. There was no table, only a bar with seating for 3. The condo is very clean and updated. The garage parking was a nice feature. We felt safe here as there were codes needed to use the elevator. There is PLENTY of closet space.'

'Stayed here once before. Older building but location is GREAT for Broadway and shopping restaurants. The units that I have stayed in are super cute. Pool did its job we went both days we were there. Would definitely stay again and recommend. Communication with my host was great. Thank you Tim ! We were lost locating it at first and we were in the other 8th street 😳'

'I think the description of “ freshly renovated” is misleading. The bathroom needs updating, the toilet seat is old, the bathtub is pealing and the tub floor is very slippery. The paint on the bath walls is pealing. The kitchen/ living area was fine although the Kuerig didnt always work. Location was very good.'

'When we got there, the place highly smelled of pot. There needs to be some paint put on the walls, adding some color. The noise from the interstate and the parties would wake you up in the middle of the night.'

'Convenient area, cool history of the building. Had some difficulty with information from owner but got cleared quickly. Has a washer/dryer which although we didn’t use, was convenient. No explanation on pool use but it was cool outside. No access to Firestick. Coffee provided, much appreciated! Might have been nice to have a decent sofa and chair but overall, it was nice!'

'Enjoyed our stay at this property. Comfortable beds, convenient location and trendy bar within the building…. it was being used for a Jason Aldean video when we stayed! We understood that there would only be one bathroom between us when we booked, but this might be inconvenient for a bigger group.'

'We enjoyed staying at your condo, it was beautiful, clean, comfortable and very quiet. I would definitely recommend your place to others that are heading to Nashville. The condo was close enough to Nashville, that the ride was 10 minutes or less, but far enough to get the peace and quiet. If we go back to Nashville, we would definitely stay there again.'
