'This was such a great little find for our family of 4! The girls absolutely loved getting to feed the chickens and hold the bunnies. It was clean and super close to the springs and the cute downtown area in deland for shopping and restaurants.'

'We throughly enjoyed our stay. Home was perfectly laid out and comfortable. Plenty of room inside and out. Beds are comfortable and furniture is too. We had a family dinner in the outside sunroom. Grilled in the back area and had a few small fires in the fire pit. We would definitely stay again. Very relaxing!'

'The property is beautiful with the large oaks and waterfront views, etc. Very private and relaxing. Close to Mt. Dora for dining or shopping. We will likely stay again.One drawback, we did have 4 adults and the second room is through to primary and the one bath is only accessible through the primary. So, they had to come in our room during the night to use the restroom. Otherwise it was perfect.'

'My husband and I were in Umatilla for a family reunion. We were looking for a place that took animals and came across Jim’s BEAUTIFUL and CLEAN house. While we were there we had a small reunion with childhood friends which by our surprise included the wonderful neighbor behind us. By running in to him while walking the dog he told us all about Jim who then l found out knew my dad and worked with my brother years ago, small world! We highly recommend Jim’s home, we felt so relaxed and loved...
