'Everything was great. We just had one full day with no access to the pool. And the other day the toddler pool was closed. Pools should be accessible to the guest at all times. Maybe cleaning should be done after pools are closed and ready for use os guests.'

'Unprofessional and incompetent at reception desk, average service time 15 mins for each guest, my check in took 45 mins (only e people before me), I was asked 300 dollars deposit, credit card and debit card on MasterCard circuit did not work (never happened before), ATM not working, left alone with my own problem for 2 hours to try to find a way to pay the deposit. It was a nightmare, after 15 hours flight I was totally ignored at the check in 'cause I could not find a way to pay the deposit....
