'We booked a total of 4 suites to celebrate my bday but our request for suites closer to the beach were not considered. When checking in the check in clerk didn’t bother to even pretend that he was looking for options to our requests and told us right away that there was no availability, During our stay, we found out that the vacancy rate was over 20% and there was plenty of availability.
The suites we got on the top level of the hotel had issues with lack of hot water and the hallways look...

'Everything was good, but food could or should have been better considering the pricing.
Whilst raining water leaked into the room which was fixed after flagging it multiple times during our stay. This is an exceptional circumstance so would give them the benefit of the doubt on this one.
Pool was amazing. Laundry service as well.'

'The room was ok, water didn’t flow down the shower drain, which rush drain water up the drain and into the bathroom. Mix drinks were bad, food was good. But the location is amazing, the view and beach was amazing. Probably the most beautiful location I’ve ever stayed, unfortunately the hotel is ok.'
