'Beautiful little hotel at the edge of the old town. Easy access to the main roads but also walking distance to the old centre. The staff was so friendly and helped us out with parking, refreshments and a nice conversation every day. The room was small but decorated with style and the upper terrace was a nice place to end the day with a view over the water . We would highly recommend.'

The service was exceptional. Sema, the front manager was incredibly helpful with everything. The breakfast buffet with omelette station was delicious. The hotel restaurant was also good, especially recommend their special Henna salad. The hotel is a recent renovation and everything was modern and clean. The single room was small but the bed was large and comfortable and the shower was comfortably large. They don’t have laundry on site but there is a laundry right behind the hotel...

'Best service i have ever had,
An incredible magical placeto stay at the heart of istanbul. Next to the topkapi and blue mosque.
You didnt have to worry about anything. The stafd would take care of it.
The manager the tall one who speaks russian gave us an upgrade after a long flight. That was top of the line service. And also last but not Least the bell boy, or you can call him a tour guide Arda was amazingly nice and helpful.

'It is a guest house with a nice location, clean accommodation, and a nice terrace view.
When I check in at the accommodation, the host brings you welcome tea. I love it.
They kindly explain it to us at breakfast and bring us Turkish coffee at the end of the meal.
The pumpkin soup I had at breakfast was so delicious and I will remember it again.
During the two nights, they always treated us kindly with a smile and a smile, so we stayed comfortable as if we were staying at my mom's house....

Staff are excellent and lean over backwards to help.
Accommodation I was everything required and was qyiet even though it’s a busy location with lots of good bars and restaurants to choose from.
Location is fantastic for all the big tourist sites, no more than 15 minutes even for pier for Bosporus cruises or the Topkapi palace.
Would be my first choice when I return to Istanbul.'

"We booked a room in the Yesil Ev Main Building, where we stayed 6 years ago. Upon check-in, the staff acted strangely about the extra booking for our child. Without any proper explanation, we were moved to a guest house a few minutes’ walk from the main building we had actually booked.
The room was directly next to a tram line, with trams passing by every 5 minutes. Sleeping was nearly impossible due to the constant noise. This is supposed to be a 5-star hotel, but it felt more like a cheap guesthouse experience.
On top of that, we paid $400 for the room and $90 for breakfast, absolutely unreasonable for what we got. We travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels, but this was one of the worst experiences. No sleep at all."
