'Beautiful little hotel at the edge of the old town. Easy access to the main roads but also walking distance to the old centre. The staff was so friendly and helped us out with parking, refreshments and a nice conversation every day. The room was small but decorated with style and the upper terrace was a nice place to end the day with a view over the water . We would highly recommend.'

'Best service i have ever had,
An incredible magical placeto stay at the heart of istanbul. Next to the topkapi and blue mosque.
You didnt have to worry about anything. The stafd would take care of it.
The manager the tall one who speaks russian gave us an upgrade after a long flight. That was top of the line service. And also last but not Least the bell boy, or you can call him a tour guide Arda was amazingly nice and helpful.

"Lapis Inn was at an excellent location and only a short walk away from Hagha Sofia and the blue Mosque and otter site seeing places. Everyfhing could be done by foot.
Service was excellent and very helpfull. Breakfast was modest, but good enough to start the day. And the view from the roof terrace was breathtaking. And at the restautant next to the entrace you got a discount as a guest of Lapis Inn on the dinner. We ate their two times and thstvwss very good as well."

"We booked a room in the Yesil Ev Main Building, where we stayed 6 years ago. Upon check-in, the staff acted strangely about the extra booking for our child. Without any proper explanation, we were moved to a guest house a few minutes’ walk from the main building we had actually booked.
The room was directly next to a tram line, with trams passing by every 5 minutes. Sleeping was nearly impossible due to the constant noise. This is supposed to be a 5-star hotel, but it felt more like a cheap guesthouse experience.
On top of that, we paid $400 for the room and $90 for breakfast, absolutely unreasonable for what we got. We travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels, but this was one of the worst experiences. No sleep at all."
