'Wonderful!!!
The service was exceptional. Sema, the front manager was incredibly helpful with everything. The breakfast buffet with omelette station was delicious. The hotel restaurant was also good, especially recommend their special Henna salad. The hotel is a recent renovation and everything was modern and clean. The single room was small but the bed was large and comfortable and the shower was comfortably large. They don’t have laundry on site but there is a laundry right behind the hotel...

'We stayed at Henna Istanbul for a couple of days before going to Cappadocia for a few days and then came back to Henna before leaving Türkiye.

The staff was so friendly and helped us out with parking, refreshments and a nice conversation every day. The room was small but decorated with style and the upper terrace was a nice place to end the day with a view over the water . We would highly recommend.'

Right next to the hotel, you can see Hagia Sophia from the room which was spacious and very clean. Stuff was also very kind and helpful, organized our transfer. We loved to stay at here and will be back again'

An incredible magical placeto stay at the heart of istanbul. Next to the topkapi and blue mosque.
You didnt have to worry about anything. The stafd would take care of it.
The manager the tall one who speaks russian gave us an upgrade after a long flight. That was top of the line service. And also last but not Least the bell boy, or you can call him a tour guide Arda was amazingly nice and helpful.

'I can’t express enough how pleased we were with the amazing customer service. Ibrahim and Mustafa helped make our first trip to Istanbul easy and memorable. We stayed in the family bedroom with the 2 sets of bunk beds, the room is small but clean and was exactly what we needed at the end of the day. Thank you for making our trip so pleasant.'

Due to this, it was even more loud with trash truck day at 11:00pm. Room was small but ample. Breakfast was simple and the owners were there and made us feel welcome. Nice rooftop terrace to see the full moon. May stay again'

"We booked a room in the Yesil Ev Main Building, where we stayed 6 years ago. Upon check-in, the staff acted strangely about the extra booking for our child. Without any proper explanation, we were moved to a guest house a few minutes’ walk from the main building we had actually booked.
The room was directly next to a tram line, with trams passing by every 5 minutes. Sleeping was nearly impossible due to the constant noise. This is supposed to be a 5-star hotel, but it felt more like a cheap guesthouse experience.
On top of that, we paid $400 for the room and $90 for breakfast, absolutely unreasonable for what we got. We travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels, but this was one of the worst experiences. No sleep at all."
