'It was great and we'll stay there again. Some minor issues, sink drain was a bit plugged so it drained very slowly, shower floor (fiberglass) creaked a lot when standing on it, and coffee and tea in the lobby was only available from 3-10pm. Very nice area and easy short walk to Tokyo station. Walkable to the famous Ginza and to the palace gardens.'

'Hotel was lovely very new and modern the staff were great but the food was very expensive and not a lot - steak and potatoes lovely piece of steak and 2 halves of potato not worth the money would not eat. Room was lovely and was very clean. Do not order room service the night staff are rude and the food was inedible.'

'Excelente!!! Ficamos no "quarto conforto (Deluxe)" e tem um tamanho muito bom, diferente da grande maioria dos hotéis que existem no Japão que tem quartos minúsculos. Equipe atende muito bem! São todos educados e atenciosos! Apesar de nem todos falarem inglês. Um ponto a melhorar era que podiam fazer uma limpeza no quarto em um certo intervalo de tempo, como por exemplo, a cada 4 dias, pois ficamos 11 dias e não fizeram limpeza nem um dia. Muito bem localizado! '
