'What a perfect location! We were there to celebrate our son’s wedding. It was so convenient having the beach right there. Everything we needed was available. The set up in the house itself was perfect for my family. Each family had their own private bathrooms and area. So much space!! Multiple decks to enjoy the view and outdoors. The sunrises were amazing! Highly recommend! '

'This cottage is ground level with an adorable nautical themed appearance. The property host was first rate. Cottage is situated on a quiet dead-end street with parking out front. There is almost no traffic on the street but it connects to a through highway with easy access to nearby services. Old Orchard Beach is nearby with scenic ocean views. 'Great, comfortable place to stay. The location is super walkable. There are several bars/restaurants very close, and other areas are close enlighten to walk to as well (I.e. Congress Street). Commercial is a bit of a walk, but if you’re like us and love to walk a new area. It’s not that far. The bed is comfortable and the place was very clean. Communication was great. We would stay here again!'

'This property was ideal for our needs of 10 people ages 25-96 from 5 states. Beautiful beach location with enough space for fun, common areas and comfortable, private space for everyone including private baths.The hot-tub photo on the website should be deleted as that does not exist and a few details need attention such as waste baskets in bathrooms and bedrooms, kitchen towels, etc but overall well stocked and functional.
