' I had an early flight so I was not able to stay for breakfast. The room was clean and welcoming. I was DISAPPOINTED in the shuttle service as it only accommodates 9-5 travel. As I had an early 7 AM flight I had to find alternative travel to Concord Regional airport. I was fortunate that other early morning travelers were kind to offer me a ride. The shuttle service was the reason I chose to stay at this hotel and was NOT HAPPY with the resulting situation.'

'The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The property was maintained by a team who obviously take pride in a job well done. The parking lot was quite well lit--I felt perfectly safe there alone with my kids. The breakfast was basic (cereal, yogurt, waffles, toast, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausage patties) but did the job it needed to do. Housekeeping is every other day, but you can get most anything you need from the front desk. '

'Went to eat at wood lodge fire grill. Took at least 45 minutes to get 1 alcoholic beverage and ordered the seasonal brownie and ice cream stack. We took the food to the room and had to microwave the frozen brownies and the 2 scoops of chocolate sauce. Normally I would not have an issue but they were not very busy and the girl who took our order had to go check on it 3 different times. Then eventually went back there and I assume made it herself. 'All around good. Great location. Clean room, comfortable bed, clean facility, decent staff, breakfast ok. I am diffently coming back. '

'Wifi didnt work. Front desk wasnt able to help. Neither was the company running the service. Laundry issues. runs on quarters too, however hotel is not able to supply. Besides those 2 frustrating issues, all good, however hotel is stuck in the mid 90's, thats what it looks like. Nothing wrong with that, but its not even trying to compete with the rest. Room windows poorly seal so sound like theyre open all the time. Not worth the price. There are far better options for the same if not lower...

'Unfortunately there were amenities that weren't in use due to water issues in Kannapolis, so can't really rate those. I didn't like that when checking in no one asked for identification. That did make me a little uncomfortable as other hotels have always asked for my license to verify that I'm who I say I am. Other than that everything else was ok.'

'Loved our stay at this hotel. Staff extremely friendly, lots of food offerings. Popcorn in the lobby, drinks and food at 5:30pm and breakfast in the morning. Room was clean and stocked. Only two negatives. The pillows are horrible and the gym was lacking. Didn’t use the pool but looked in and it appeared clean and other people were enjoying it. Great location with a TGIF sharing parking lot. Would def stay here again. '
