'The building itself is truly impressive, with a sense of history and grandeur that makes a strong first impression. The location is also excellent, very convenient for exploring San Francisco. That said, some areas of the hotel feel dated. The hallways in particular look old and have a harsh white lighting that feels more like a hospital than a luxury property.
