'Super close to the entrance/gate of the Biltmore estate. Gal at the front desk when we checked in was very effficient and friendly. Check in went so quickly. The woman in charge of the breakfast area was always busy stocking breakfast items, keeping things picked up and clean. Breakfast was very good. Room very clean. Beds quite comfortable.'

'My 4th floor room was nice. Decent view north (I’m.guessing) and cozy. Love the kitchenette and that hotel provides everything you need.. Also the wood-ish floors and reading chair were nice touches. Very quiet after 9p. Great value overall and would stay again.'

'We really enjoyed having such a comfortable "base of operations" for our stay in the Flat Rock/Hendersonville area! Each time we returned to The Lodge we were greeted with "Welcome Home" by the staff at the front desk and it truly did feel like we were coming "home" each time. We would recommend it to anyone and look forward to possibly returning ourselves.'

'This is it! It doesnt get any better than this folks! This Top Tier Resort easily competes with the most Vegas Hotels. No Surprise though since its managed by Harrah's. Its huge, lots a walking to and from Hotel room to Casino and Parking, A nice beautiful walk though with a river flowing beneath. Very Friendly personel. Food at Gordon Ramsey wasnt up to par unfortunately. Burgers were put on 2 ct buns'

'The breakfast selection was awesome, and the staff members were great. A couple of negatives, however. The shower doors made it hard to get in or out of the shower without making a mess when the water was turned on. Also, I would have preferred 2-ply toilet paper and tissues.'
