'Clean, spacious room with everything we needed for our family. Good location and the staff made us feel very safe and comfortable. Restaurant on-site was delicious and available all day (with breakfast included). Spa was fantastic! Massage was ok, but Himam sauna was incredible! The front desk was pleasant and helped translate/problem solve when we had travel changes. Would highly recommend!'

'This hotel is a gem and great place to stay as a solo traveler. As a woman, I felt safe and cared for. The amenities are well done and the food options are great for the stay. Also, check out Mama Africa across the street for any of your souvenirs needs (not a paid ad, it's just VERY convenient). '

'Great stay, lovely pool with the greatest Nile view, and all staff is so kind and service-oriented, from the reception desk, to the gardemers, from security to barkeeper. You feel at home! Our room was comfortable, the only issue is the fact that there is a mosque nearby, and the morning prayers are early and loud, and the room is not very soundproof...
But, this is clearly compensated by all the positives.'

'We lovend our stay in this luxury hotel, great swimming pools, diner options, location is great (middle of the Medina and safe/quite at the same time) . We are a family and booked 2 rooms next to each other. What a great surprise to have communicating rooms connected by a terrace with view on the fantastic patio.
Only minus: breakfast (which is good!) is the same every morning. No variation. '
