'We stayed in "the Captain", one of the suite-buildings on the resort , supposedly the upmarket sister of the all-inclusive Jolly Beach Resort, but stangely enough this Tranquility Resort is further away from the beach than the Jolly Resort, with no be beach/sea views from the accommodation; the 3 floor suite buildings look a bit outdated, but the suite was huge (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sitting room/kitchen) and comfortable, except there were no (black-out) curtains, just blinds that let the...

'The Villa we rented was superb. On the water with a deck over the water. One of many Villas in Jolly Harbour. A short walk to the South Beach (Beautiful Beach). Great Bars and Restaurants at the Marina with live bands. Grocery store and Golf course next to the marina. We rented a golf cart to get around, but you can walk. Jolly Harbour is one of the best places in the world.'

'Voormalige britse kolonien staan erom bekend dat het een rommeltje is. Rex Resort en Antigua zijn daarop geen uitzondering. Staff varies dramatically from friendly, via uninterested to just rude (especially in body language). Items missing or exchanged without notification from ordered food.
