'Don’t be fooled by the classification “Suite”. They’re just standard hotel rooms. So no separate bedroom. Staff varies dramatically from friendly, via uninterested to just rude (especially in body language). Items missing or exchanged without notification from ordered food. And several items on the menu are not available. '

'Our taxi from the airport to the resort was approximately **$60 for two people**. I will admit, the drive to the resort may have you questioning whether you made the right choice when you first see the roads and surroundings. **You did — don’t worry!** Once you arrive, you’ll understand why you booked this resort.

If you like your room **really cold**, close the bathroom door and shut the blackout curtains before leaving for the day. It definitely helps keep the room cooler...
