'The pool was under maintenance which is the reason I rented the room for a getaway.. dirty room..crumbs and hair that were visible..'

'Ggg'

'We waited over 20 minutes to check into our room as there was no one at the front desk. Has lady bugs all over the room. When we did get checked in the front desk was rude.'

'Nice clean hotel'

'I was there for a concert. It was very helpful they offered a shuttle to and from the Casino, the driver was great. All the staff were helpful and friendly and I would definitely stay there again.'

'The desk staff were excellent. They needed more help with breakfast as they couldn't keep things stocked and there was no coffee ready. The TV remote was a nightmare to use, the desk staff had to provide a demonstration and there were several people there at the same time to learn.'

'Rooms were clean and the bed was good. But there is hard to find a place to have a good dinner'

'Heater wouldn’t stay running. Cold!!'

'Nice and very helping staff'

'When I see the rooms I canceled directly the room and planned an other hotel. Dirty, old, defects, damaged non closing doors (frontdoor too), non smoking room smells to smoke.'

We called the front desk at 11. Basically told they could only call the guests again, but had been hung up on the first time. 10 more minutes of peace followed by what sounded like a full circus. Called front desk at midnight and demanded a different room. Told 'not our protocol'. Called the police, who...

'Staff was very nice. Room actually had a semblance of elegance. For a highway hotel, perfectly good.'
