We moved ALL our belongings next morning to the new room with a beach view. The view was lovely, but we had an air conditioner that constantly leaked into the floor. 'The property is at the end of a private/gated area. Hotel seems recently renovated but some of the finishes (flooring & shower tiling) showing some wear already. King bed was very firm and found it not comfortable. Hotel has many convenient amenities for a visiting family such as small store, restaurants, pool games and poolside food service. This year the air conditioning, microwave and tv were not working when we checked into our room. It took maintenance 1.5 hrs to fix the issues and during that time we were not offered to switch rooms. Once complete maintenance left. 'Partner and I had a great experience other than a few small things. The room was a great value, walking distance to the beach and coligny shopping area, free breakfast was good, staff was nice, free parking, etc. The only big problem I had was the smell in the room. It smelled like a weird kind of cleaning supply but it lingered for the 2 nights we stayed. Wasn’t awful but it was noticeable and a little bothersome. Staff offered to help but there wasn’t much to do about it'
