'Phone did not work, however they did send someone right up to fix it ,however, he was unable to get it fixed. Wallpaper was peeling on the wall. Basement room was musty smelling and bedding felt damp. Cracked glass in paper sleeve. Very convenient location to Biltmore and downtown. Carla at front deck extremely helpful and friendly. We did change rooms and the gentleman that helped with this was extremely kind.'

'The property was very pet friendly, but it costs $75 per night. Matt, the valet, was the best for helping us out from the time we arrived through our last night there. He provided rides for us when we were drinking, gave us great restaurant recommendations, and was super friendly. Everyone on the staff worked hard to ensure our stay was amazing. This will be our first choice hotel in Asheville from now on. '
