'The whole experience was horrible, different hotel name, hard to find, room nothing like shown on the Expedia website, completely dirty from pool to room, rat feces bathroom disgusting. We have requested a refund as the place was completely a scam. Please acknowledge and proceed with refund. We had to book another hopt which turned out to be ridiculously expensive as we were already here. We are very disappointed as we regularly book with Expedia.'

'We stayed for one night and the property exceeded our expectations. They kindly accommodated an early check-in since we had a morning flight, which we really appreciated.The property feels fairly new, with modern amenities and a very spacious layout. While the listed location isn’t quite as close to major landmarks as it may seem, it wasn’t an issue for us since we had a rental car.
