'The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Love it. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was absolutely amazing. The only thing that a bit lacking was the key card. We all had trouble a few times in the el elevator and didn’t realize that the key cards only allowed us to go to our floor. We do not have access to go to the floors that our other parties were on, but otherwise everything else was amazing and the smell of the hotel was clean.'
