'The room was clean and had beautiful features. The couch should be thrown away. We made use of the airport shuttle. That was wonderful and driver was very nice.'

'Prima hotel, goede service.'

'Very nice and helpful staff'

'The rooms were very spacious and clean. The hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely book there anytime I come to Buffalo.'

'This place needs remodeling! Good location but this hotel needs some work. Overpriced for it's condition.'

'The property had a horrible stench when you walked in the door, the elevator stunk and the room was so awful you felt like you couldn’t breathe. In fact, we checked out within 10 minutes of checking in and had to find another hotel. We have used Expedia in the past with positive results. This was a disaster. Expedia was no help. They gave us a $75 credit and we lost over $500 for a weekend. We will NEVER book with Expedia again. And NEVER stay at this hotel!'

'Lugar tranquilo y bueno.'

'The room was clean and spacious. There was plenty of hot water and the shower head was great . Only bad thing is that there is not much parking on the property. There is parking on the street and a garage 3 blocks away. The woman who was maintaining the breakfast buffet do an amazing job. Nice selection of breakfast choices.'
