'The room was clean, and we liked that there was no carpet. But, None of the lamps worked in the room. We arrived close to midnight and realized that there were no bath towels. When we called room service, we were told to go down to the lobby. Then, there was no soap in the shower. Hotel is located next to I-10, and you could hear the traffic all night when the A/C would turn off. Breakfast is very basic. '

'I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this property. When we arrived, the building smelled strongly of marijuana throughout the property. The staff was very unprofessional and did not seem concerned about the environment or guest experience. There were also several people sleeping or staying overnight in the lobby area, which made the atmosphere feel uncomfortable and unsafe. 'Volledig naar wens en volgens de verwachtingen. Schone kamers, prima ontbijt en fijn personeel. De kamers zijn voorzien van alle benodigdheden en tevens standaard maar prima uitgerust. '

'I don’t like writing bad reviews. I vowed to never stay at aloft Katy mills again. But I did because I needed to be in the area. Stained carpet , table had some hard stuff on it. Ok I just wanted to sleep. The pillow cases had stains. Which is why I travel with my own pillow cases. I forgot to grab my pillow case Aloft is just a name luxurious is a feeling. You won’t get both but you will pay a premium '
