'Great location Helpful staff'

'Room smelled like cigarettes when we checked in. It was so strong and honestly made you want to throw up. We called the front desk as we could barely breathe in the room. They came up and confirmed how bad it was but sad they didn’t have another room to move us to. There wasn’t even a window in the room to air it out so we had to stay in the room coughing on the smell of cigarette all night. Honestly makes me question how much attention they give to housekeeping if someone “cleaned” that room...

We were allocated a tent site directly beside the bins without prior notice, which caused issues immediately. 'When I arrived, the room I was given was terrible,smelled damp,but after I complained the receptionist gave me a nice room with beautiful views,so I was quite happy. One thing I didn’t like ,I stayed for ten days,but the sheets hasn’t been changed not once.The position is very good and I enjoyed the pool very much,so it was very good trip at the end.'

'An unexpected and delightful last minute stay at the Langham was the result of a much anticipated but disastrous VRBO beach house booking. Grateful for a wonderful in every way stay. The sunrise seen from our ocean view room was spectacular and started our day just right. I love the balcony. '

'Amazing location - 5 Minute walk to Harbour town and approx 15 minutes from the theme parks. The pool, sauna and gym facilities were fantastic to use and we used them everyday. Parking onsite was easy to access and use and we had a large SUV. The apartment was spacious, clean and the kitchen had a great set up with main amenities like toaster kettle and air fryer. Washing machine and dryer were in amazing condition and a clothes rack to hang out and dry clothes on. The deck had a lovely view...

'Easily the worst beds I’ve ever had to stay on. Impossibly hard like a plank of wood. In general the place is looking a little tired as well. Look elsewhere for the money'
