'Very friendly restaurant staff. Reception team efficient and very helpful. Asked us about a ramp for my son's wheelchair anytime we came in and out of the hotel. Afternoon tea was an excellent experience. Since covid this is the 1st place that did housekeeping which really made us feel we were on a holiday. '

'Long weekend away booked the Ryde Castle. I have stayed before here, for business. This time with my wife. Did not disappoint, fantastic seaview. Great breakfast. The stay was made so welcoming with all the staff especially Charles, reception and the breakfast staff. Basically everyone. Fantastic will book again. '
