'Receptionist lacking knowledge in handling OTA booking reservations. They have difficulties finding my bookings and kept mentioning my reservation was not being found. It took about 30 to 45 minutes to check in a pre-booked guest room. They are also not professional when handling check-in procedures. 'Small room in not great condition . Was quite and beds good. Ok for price'

'Location of the property was the only good thing about this place. The apartment itself was not very clean, the bathrooms are slightly mouldy. the sofa was dirty with stains on them. place is infested with cockroaches. The pictures are very deceiving. If you booking from another country would recommend you forgo this property.
