'When l checked into the room on second floor, there was strong foul odor and bathroom floor had black mildew. The sink in the bathroom had mildew too around the edge. Carpet was filthy. It was then l realized that the a/c was on max in hallways to mask this humidity odor. I complained and about the condition of the room to receptionist and she said she will have maintenance look at it. I spent the night in the room and could not sleep due to smell. 'Receptionist lacking knowledge in handling OTA booking reservations. They have difficulties finding my bookings and kept mentioning my reservation was not being found. It took about 30 to 45 minutes to check in a pre-booked guest room. They are also not professional when handling check-in procedures. 'Nice staff and clean place'

'Location of the property was the only good thing about this place. The apartment itself was not very clean, the bathrooms are slightly mouldy. the sofa was dirty with stains on them. place is infested with cockroaches. The pictures are very deceiving. If you booking from another country would recommend you forgo this property. The instructions for getting into the apartment was terrible we wasted 30-45mins sorting it out and had to seek help from another resident. Barely spoke english hard to...
