'This place was absolutely amazing! We drank cheap booze and listened to live music in the saloon! Ate a delicious Breakfast and Dinner at the restaurant! Enjoyed a really cool star party with the professional astronomy and telescope! Swam in the grotto pool! Relaxed in our jacuzzi tub!! It was a really good experience! 'This isn't for everybody but if you are looking for something unique and maybe even a little quirky Trois Estates is that and more. The owner treats you like family and nothing is too much trouble. We checked in late...they opened the bar and even serenaded us. We'll be back. '

'Great location right off Main Street but away from the crowds. Food options were very limited for non-meat eaters. We would have loved to have dinner at the beautiful restaurant in the hotel but it was very meat-oriented. The rooms are basic but very nice, and designed almost Nordic-style (like Iceland). The hospitality was incredible! The staff were exceptionally friendly and are there to make your stay great. The iced coffee drinks at the "Pharmacy" were delicious! '

'We had a great stay here. Very friendly people at the reception. Breakfast was like you find at most motels in Texas: basic but decent enough. Good location to explore the wineries during the day. We highly recommend the Texas Hill Winery and Rhinory. Also for a late drink and a true taste of the Texan hospitality, go to the Red Baron bar just behind the hotel. It's a hidden gem in the parking lot that's really hard to find, but full of locals. Looks super dodgy from the outside, but great...
