'Worst experience ever, this is not worthy of the name Best Western. I had booked 2 rooms for our group, but several insects were crawling in both rooms and a few were dead. Also the smell in the rooms was terrible. We had to cancel the rooms and still drove to a decent overnight stay in Austin. I then emailed the manager several times, but he was not cooperative at all. She kept pretending she didn't understand me via email and kept referring to Expedia. Conclusion: the hotel suits the manager....

'It was a perfect space for a family reunion with four bedrooms, just off an entertainment and kitchen area. It was beautiful surroundings with nice hiking trails. Having the recreation room at a distance was a nice place to visit, but was far enough away so it wouldn’t be disturbing when other people were using it. The host were gracious and had a servant attitude. Thank you to Billy, Cindy and Danniel. If we’re in that area again, we will definitely rebook Cliffside. We stayed in other places...

'We had a blast, I missed that the outside area and hot tube was a common area and there is another rental right there, luckily it wasn’t booked as that would have been ackward. Def will go back though (and rent both spots) '
