'Loved the hotel. It was nice and clean staff was friendly and it was central to a lot of shopping areas! Amenities were great didn’t use the pool but it looked nice and really enjoyed the gym area it had a lot of different machines and weights to use.'

'Rooms were very dirty. Had new white bottom sandals I only wore in the room and the soles were black when we left. Stayed 2 nights . Had no maid service the entire stay. Bed was never made and didn’t get any clean towels. The man at the desk was very nice and got us towels. When we arrived we asked about a room with a higher toilet and was told their handicap rooms were on the second floor and they had no elevator only stairs . I said that can’t be true. And finally he found us a handicap room...

'The rooms are spotless and newly upgraded. Bfast was ok. Bfast staff was very welcoming. In the evening there was no one to support. One thing is, the furniture has sharp edges and rooms are too smalls, my 10months old kept hitting her head everywhere. Not a good choice for new walker.'

'I was slightly overall satisfied, it's just that some rooms came with fridges and other didn't. Also, I was under the impression that this hotel had free breakfast but it didn't. That was one of the main reasons why I chose this hotel but I was able to get free breakfast only because my booking came with it but if you had other people staying at the hotel they wouldn't necessarily get the free breakfast.'

'We arrived to check in at 4pm per the booking and there were about 15 people in the lobby waiting to check in as well. It was quite humid in the lobby with a gross damp odor. There were no rooms ready. There was no one at the front desk to even speak to when we walked in. One couple had been waiting for an hour. We waited 45 more minutes then requested a refund to which we were provided an email to “apply” for one as the manager wasn’t even present in the building or able to speak to us. Worst...
